2024 Premium Badge Art

Welcome to Kitsunekon 2024! We are glad you have decided to join us and register for your badge at this time. Here’s a few things you should know.

1. You must use your legal name to register – we do NOT print names on badges. This will only be used to confirm identity at pick up to ensure the only person who gets your badge is. You will be able to write in your preferred name on your badge.

**If you have any form of a name change prior to the event that would be reflected on your ID, Please reach out to us as soon as your ID changes so we can streamline the process for you!**

2. Every badge has to be assigned to an individual. An ID must be shown for adults and school age children may be confirmed by their guardians to pick up the badge. We accept all forms of government ID including school ID. Only you may pick up your own badge, others may not pick up your badge for you.

**If a badge is purchased as a gift, the name on the badge must reflect the person gifted the badge in order for them to pick it up with a correct ID. This includes if badges are purchased for school age children**

3. There are no refunds. If you aren’t sure you can make it, please wait a bit. We want you to join us, but only if you know you can come. Badge sales will be at our physical event until we hit a fire cap capacity in which we will announce and update our website if this does happen.

4. Eventbrite may tell you you need to bring the card you registered with to pick up your badge, that is incorrect. We can’t even see that information of which payment is on file and we can not remove that from Eventbrite. We apologize for any confusion.

5. If a badge holder is under the age of 13, they MUST be accompanied at all times on the convention space by a badge hold who is 14 or older. Staff is not responsible for monitoring or babysitting persons under 13. Likewise, adults may not wear or obtain child badges for themselves. Doing such is a violation of terms and conditions and may result in ejection from event.

6.Will call is not a phone number and you will not be receiving a phone call to notify you to pick up your badge. Will call is the registration area.

7. Picking up badges for others is prohibited for security reasons.

8. If you have any questions about registration, please feel free to reach out to our registration team at registration@kitsunekon.com
