Requirements!

  • Must be 18 or older at time of event.

  • Must be able to work position for duration of event (each department has different hour requirements and will be discussed at time of acceptance.)

  • Must be able to attend meetings (Discord available for those unable to be in person.)

  • Must be able to follow COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures

  • Acknowledgement that position is not monetary paid but in exchange of perks and experience

  • Ability to sign bylaws including NDA

  • Good Standing with Kitsunekon

  • Ability to be around families including people under the age of 18

  • Ability to follow policies and event directive

  • Able to work with: staff, attendees, and guests in a friendly welcoming manner

Volunteer for Our Event!

For every panel that is accepted and hosted at the event, you will receive twice the volunteer time. For example: A 1 hour panel would mean 2 hours of volunteer time. You may only go up to 6 hours worth of volunteer time (Example: 3 one hour long panels) Any panel time beyond this will not be counted towards volunteer time. Volunteers must be 16 years or older at time of event! Sign up will also be available at the event at con ops located between Video Game and Dealer’s Hall!
