Artists and vendors are vetted each year to maintain quality standards and an even layout of all merchandise. Artists and Vendors are required to follow: all Dealer’s Hall guidelines, event guidelines, rules and regulations, and direction of event staff.

Any sword or weapon props purchased in the dealer’s hall must remain in sealed packaging and be off the convention floor as soon as purchased to maintain no live steel safety regulation.

Any 18+ items can only be purchased and viewed with valid government ID. Please remember that our event is a family friendly event and explicit content maybe asked at the staff discretion to be put away or off the convention floor if displayed inappropriately.

Artists and vendors may not sell any AI created merchandise. If you are found to be selling any or any attendee notices, please inform us at vendors@kitsunekon.com

Artists and Vendors are prohibited from use of open and/or controlled flames of any kind including but not limited to: hand torches, Bunsen burners, toasters, lighters, ovens, kilns, etc.  Additionally, artists and vendors are prohibited from using the fire exits after the loading and before the unloading times.

If you have any concerns about possible vendor/artist issues (vendors/artists in violation of our policies, vendors/artists in previous years that you have concerns about, etc) please feel free to contact our vendor head at vendors@kitsunekon.com.
