The Hyatt Room Block consists of the entire hotel and the additional room blocks are a portion of their hotel. Booking outside the Kitsunekon room block (either with the non room block link or through third party sites) will not get the special event room block pricing at the non-Hyatt hotels.

All hotels are independent businesses; therefore, our event cannot book rooms for attendees. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel and travel accomodations. Kitsunekon is not responsible for room pricing or availability/number of rooms after room block opens. All room needs and accommodations requests (parking/room amenities/etc) must be made with the hotel. Any parking questions must be made the management of the parking lot; Kitsunekon does not have any information on pricing or availability.

For 2026, the Hyatt will be doing construction on hotel rooms. It will not be all of the hotel rooms, only some of the rooms. We will still have a majority of our hotel block but we will not have the entire amount. Please do not call the hotel to ask any questions regarding this matter. We will make updates here and on our social medias as we receive them.
